Lichen is a very special Cottage in an amazing private location right on the beach of Carrick Shore. The cottage is light and airy with three bedrooms (one x double, one x twin and one x twin or kingsize), family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and a second separate WC. There is a log stove in the lounge for cosy evenings after a day on the beach. There are spectacular views from the cottage over the sandy beach at Carrick Shore towards the Galloway Hills beyond and a beautiful view over the sea and islands to the south west.

There is a spacious private and enclosed garden. The beach is accessed via a secret path through a wild area of the garden, leading to a private foreshore and onto the sands.

Lichen is a great holiday place for you, your children and your pets.

Lichen still has some availability in May and June:

• Saturday 30th April to 7th May  @ £550 per week
• Saturday 7th May to 14th May  @ £550 per week
• Saturday 21st May to 28th May @ £550 per week
• Saturday 11th to 18th June @ £550 per week

There is also availability from 24th September – (excluding 22nd – 29th October and New Year)
